Payment and Cancellation Policy for Online Bookings
A deposit of $200 is required to confirm an online booking.
Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard with the remaining balance payable upon checkout. No refund will be made if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the booked dates, if we are unable to re book the room for the same period. Should a postponement be requested, the deposit will be moved to secure the new dates. If a refund is payable, this will be done via a credit transaction to the original card number and holder.
