Each studio and room has reverse cycle air-conditioning
make it comfortable in both winter and summer. |

Complimentary use of our backpacks is available
during your stay. Ideal for biking, walking,
touring and shopping. |

Barbecues
Each studio is equipped with electric barbecues
on the verandah/outdoor areas. There are
barbecues in each of the rotundas overlooking
the tennis court, as well as the pool area. |

Games & DVD Loan Library
Located throughout the homestead and studio
complex are several book and DVD loan areas. |

Breakages
and Damage
We realise that accidents do happen, we
ask that guests inform us of breakages or
damage so that we can ensure that these
items are replaced or repaired in a timely
manner so as to ensure that the quality
and standard of accommodation is maintained
at all times for all guests. Damage or breakage
of a significant nature such as those to
pool equipment, furniture, fixtures and
fittings must be paid for upon checkout
or may be charged to your credit card after
departure.

Breakfast
A delicious, mouth watering breakfast with
breathtaking views awaits each guest every
morning from 7.30am-9.00am on the homestead’
verandah. |

and Infants
A portable cot, linen, high chair and booster
seat are available for complimentary use. |

Parking
Dedicated parking bay are allocated for
each suite and/or studio during your stay. |

Check-In
Check in is available anytime from 2.00pm
each day. If you are arriving after 7.00pm,
please let us know in advance. |

Check-Out
Check out is at 10:00 am each day. |
| |

Children
Jacaranda Creek welcomes children to the
property. We do ask that parents supervise
their children and do not spoil the enjoyment
of other guests. Please also refer to Breakages
and Damage section. |

Eumundi
Markets
A short 10-minute walk on the dedicated
footpath to the famous Eumundi markets.
Open Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday mornings
– 7.30am to about 1.30pm. |

Farm
Activities
Each day we free range the chickens and
collect the eggs. Each afternoon, we feed
the cows, alpacas and Shetland ponies (weather
permitting). Guests are able to join the
farm feeding activities and times are confirmed
upon check-in. |

Groceries/Supplies
There is no supermarket in Eumundi but there
is an IGA at Cooroy only 8 minutes away. |

Laundry
Facilities
A guest laundry is conveniently located
beneath the Eerwah and Ninderry Studios.
A washing machine, dryer and clothesline
is provided complimentary to our valued
guests. |

Linen
Luxurious bed linens are provided as well
as additional blankets. Bath and pool towels
are also provided. |

Pets
Jacaranda Creek does not have adequate facilities
to accommodate pets. However for small dog
owners, we highly recommend a dog sitting
service (not a kennel) in the heart of Eumundi
only 2 minutes away. Ideal for small dogs

Pool
The pool is a ten x five metre salt water
chlorinated pool. It is solar-heated all
year round and is set at a comfortable temperature
for swimming from September to April each
year. |

A first aid kit is available in each room
and studio. Fire blankets in studios. |

Each suite and studio has access to TV and
DVD with some also connected to cable TV
(Austar). |

Tennis
The full size tennis court doubles with
a basketball hoop. Basket balls, tennis
racquets and balls are available for complimentary
use. |

We operate on “tank water” only.
We provide complimentary bottled water for
drinking. |
