| The beauty of the
Sunshine Coast is that there is always so much
to do – or so little to do if you prefer!
Jacaranda Creek is central to most attractions
on the Sunshine Coast, located on the outskirts
of the hinterland township of Eumundi.
Eumundi is a truly charming hinterland town,
bustling with locals and tourists, it is infamous
for its ‘Eumundi Markets’. Open
Wednesdays and Saturdays from 6.00am to 1.00pm
and on Sunday’s the permanent Eumundi
Square Markets are open from 9:00am to 1.00pm.
The township also offers quaint rustic shops
and cafes to explore and indulge in at your
leisure.
There are numerous farmers markets available
in around the Noosa district usually held on
weekend mornings.
15 kilometres east, is the famous Noosa area
including Hastings Street, Noosaville and Sunshine
Beach. All offering designer shops, restaurants,
cafes, beaches/rivers and plenty of tourist
attractions such as guided tours to local wineries,
Fraser Island, golf tours and eco tours to name
but a few.
The property is within minutes of the lovely
hinterland township of Cooroy with its lovely
street shopping, RSL club, IGA supermarket,
restaurants, cafes, takeaways and other services.
30 kilometres directly west is the historic
town of Kenilworth famous for its cheeses and
ice-cream. The scenic drive to the Kenilworth
Cheese Factory which is open on the weekends
is well worth a visit.
Continue your scenic drive up through the Blackall
Ranges to the market towns of Montville, Maleny
and Mapleton.
Surfing, canoeing, kayaking, horse-riding,
mountain biking, kite-boarding and jet-skiing
are also available for the more adventurous.
For guests visiting with children, Jacaranda
Creek suggests:
